4gune, a new Regional Skills Partnership in Europe
The Regional Skills Partnerships (RSP) fall under the umbrella of the European Pact for Skills programme. They are collaborative initiatives designed to connect industrial ecosystems and address regional skills gaps and the development of talent.
The Basque University System, the driving force behind the internationalisation of the Basque Country
The Framework Strategy drawn up by the Basque Government aims to be a new lever for boosting the internationalisation of the Basque University System (SUV), as well as its constitution as a pole for the generation, attraction and retention of local and international talent.
This framework recognises the value of universities and research centres of excellence as ambassadors of the Euskadi Basque Country brand in the world. For this reason, its 3 areas of action are:

4gune presents the Executive Course "Smart Industry: Technology-baseed Decision Making"
The training aims to provide professionals from Basque companies, in management profiles and intermediate positions, with a practical and dynamic qualification that offers them the tools to contribute to driving digital transformation in their organisations. It will address knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and data analysis to boost competitiveness, with a focus on decision-making, leadership, efficient management, resource mobilisation and strategy.

The Smart Industry Executive Programme has been a pioneering experience that has offered a coordinated response from the Universities in the Basque University System to the business demand for on-going training. The training programme aimed to offer practical and dynamic training and qualifications to management profiles (CEO, senior management, etc.) of Basque companies, providing them with the knowledge, orientation and tools to lead the transition towards Smart Industry in their organisations.
Start of the Executive Programme on Smart Industry of the 4gune Cluster
The Executive Programme in Smart Industry led by the 4gune cluster is a pioneering experience that offers a coordinated response by the Universities of the Basque University System to the business demand for continuous training in a key area such as Smart Industry.
