This programme is the result of the collaboration between the Social Commitment department of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, the 4gune cluster and the KSIgune cluster
Within the framework of collaboration promoted by the 4gune Cluster, the KSIgune Cluster and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE), the #Students4Sustainability programme, a project that addresses the energy transition with sustainable solutions, has been carried out.
On this occasion, a total of three projects have been selected, one presented by the Faculty of Engineering of Bilbao of UPV/EHU, another by the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Deusto and another by Goi Eskola Politeknikoa of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, which will be financed by SGRE. The following projects have been selected:
- Application of convolutional neural networks to the fast simulation of fluid dynamic systems
- Professor: Ekaitz Zulueta
- Univ. of the Basque Country – Faculty of Engineering of Bilbao
- Design and assembly of a single-phase wind turbine
- Professor: Erik Garayalde
- Mondragon Unibertsitatea – Goi Eskola Politeknikoa
- SUSTSKILLS: Skills and Competences for the Development of Sustainability in the Engineering Area
- Professor: Aitor Goti Elordi
