Skills and competences required to maximise energy efficiency and industrial symbiosis

The objective of this project is to identify the needs of multi-sectoral competences for generic work profiles in order to enable and accelerate the adoption of Industrial Symbiosis and energy efficiency through the development of a comprehensive inter-sectoral competence plan.

For this purpose, it will be necessary to generate an integrated database for the sector with the current and future competence needs of professionals in the sector, which will be offered to the European ESCO association on job profiles.
