ASF Pilot Virtual Environment Generation

Training of new people entering AIC, or any automotive factory, often requires the use of physical resources that are intended to produce, rather than teach. In this respect, the need arises to create a virtual environment that can be used to train these people, without having to block the production line.

This project develops a virtual environment that can faithfully represent a real manufacturing space by showing the capabilities associated with this platform. Specifically, it seeks to generate the environment of the Automotive Smart Factory (ASF) reflecting manufacturing, quality validation and logistics technologies, as well as the process intelligence and unit traceability concepts implemented in it. The result of this project will allow the different formations to accompany this resource and access this space remotely.
